all orders that are succesfully submitted and paid for will be despatched within one working day.

all parcels are sent using tracked delivery and aim to be delivered within three working days

in the unlikely chance your parcel or items arrive damaged then please contact us within two working days so that we can resolve the issue

returns

we accept returns of damaged, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery to your selected address.

should you wish to return your product, please reach out to our team here who will arrange a return and send you your return label. should your return be accepted you will be offered a refund, store credit or replacement of your product.

once your return has been received and accepted, we will refund your order using your payment method used at checkout. timescales for cleared funds will depend on your financial provider, normally between 1 - 7 working days.

store caredit/gift card refunds will be processed and available immediately upon accepted at our studio.

the beMine company are an Oxfordshire based skincare brand developed and operated by our founder, Jo Moss. harvesting the power of plants, we’re creating skincare that doesn’t discriminate and accessible to all.

quite simply, yes! all of our skincare is vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and free from artificial additions, sulphates and parabens. all of our products are made ethically here in the UK.

about our products

we create each of our ranges specifically for problem or challenging skin types. whilst we cannot guarantee that you will not have a reaction when using our skin type, using products that are created for your skin type will help to achieve best results.

we include all of our ingreadients on each product page, should you have any allergies. if your skin regularly reacts to different skin products, we reccomend testing on a small patch of skin, preferably behind your ear. leave product for 30 minutes, if no reaction such as swelling, heat or itchiness occurs then you should be good to go.

yes! our products are entirealy natural/plant based, produced here in the UK and using stringent safety measures. we only work with accountable partners and suppliers to ensure a healthy and robust supply chain.
